General conditions of sale of the Magnet Surf School

These conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relations between MAGNET SURF SCHOOL and the buyer, and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through service providers and/or intermediary partners, whether the buyer is a professional or a consumer. These reservation and cancellation conditions will prevail over any other general or specific conditions not expressly approved by MAGNET SURF SCHOOL.
MAGNET SURF SCHOOL reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of purchase by the buyer.

Rates

Surf lessons and courses are sold at the price indicated on the MAGNET SURF SCHOOL website, brochure and brochure. Prices are indicated in euros including tax on the various MAGNET SURF SCHOOL communication media and can be changed at any time by the management of the establishment.
In this case, the applicable rates will be those defined between the management and the customer on the date of the reservation.

Reservations

Payment terms

Cancellation and refund

end of the course. Parents or legal guardians of minors must ensure that the service takes place. MAGNET SURF SCHOOL is in no way
Responsible for students outside of class. Course participants are required to respect safety instructions under penalty of exclusion from the session.

Responsibility of Magnet Surf School

MAGNET SURF SCHOOL cannot be held responsible for any moral or bodily harm caused by third parties to course participants. MAGNET SURF provides civil liability coverage in accordance with the law. If the customer wishes additional guarantees, it is up to him to take them out personally. MAGNET SURF cannot be held responsible for thefts committed on the beach or in the vehicle. It is advisable not to come to the course with valuable objects.

Photo Rights

In the event of image capture (photos or videos), the participant must notify MAGNET SURF SCHOOL of the refusal of their image to be used and/or distributed via MAGNET SURF SCHOOL communication media, to the supervisor or to the person responsible for the activity.
